    • New ASUS AL23-901batteries are shipped in a discharged condition and must be charged before use. We generally recommend an overnight charge (approximately twelve hours). Refer to the user's manual for charging instructions. Rechargeable ASUS AL23-901 batteries should be cycled - fully charged and then fully discharged - two to four times initially to allow them to reach their full capacity.
    • Try to avoid frequent full discharging of the ASUS AL23-901 batteries.
    • It is normal to get warm when charging or normal use the ASUS AL23-901 batteries. If it is getting too hot, there may be a problem with the device and qualified personnel should check it.
    • If you don't plan on using the replacement AL23-901 battery for a month or more, we recommend storing it in a clean, dry, cool place away from heat and metal objects.
