    • New FUJITSU FM-51Bbatteries are shipped in a discharged condition and must be charged before use. We generally recommend an overnight charge (approximately twelve hours). Refer to the user's manual for charging instructions. Rechargeable FUJITSU FM-51B batteries should be cycled - fully charged and then fully discharged - two to four times initially to allow them to reach their full capacity.
    • Try to avoid frequent full discharging of the FUJITSU FM-51B batteries.
    • It is normal to get warm when charging or normal use the FUJITSU FM-51B batteries. If it is getting too hot, there may be a problem with the device and qualified personnel should check it.
    • If you don't plan on using the replacement FM-51B battery for a month or more, we recommend storing it in a clean, dry, cool place away from heat and metal objects.
