New TOSHIBA B-5760Hbatteries are shipped in a discharged condition and must be charged before use. We generally recommend an overnight charge (approximately twelve hours). Refer to the user's manual for charging instructions. Rechargeable TOSHIBA B-5760H batteries should be cycled - fully charged and then fully discharged - two to four times initially to allow them to reach their full capacity.
Try to avoid frequent full discharging of the TOSHIBA B-5760H batteries.
It is normal to get warm when charging or normal use the TOSHIBA B-5760H batteries. If it is getting too hot, there may be a problem with the device and qualified personnel should check it.
